SENIOR M&A ANALYST/ADVISOR

This is a strategic role responsible for coordination of the entire M&A processes in LINET Group, from identification of possible targets and partners to the actual implementaiton of agreed deal terms.

Responsibilities:

• You will act as primary partner for country and regional managing directors in assessing market opportunities in the area of M&A
• Financing modeling & Valuation: DCF, Due diligence, scenario analysis on acquisition/divestiture structures
• Deal Support: data room management, Q&A coordination, presenting findings to senior management
• Target screening: maket mapping, competitive landscape research, identifying acquisition candidates
• Project management: coordinating the M&A process workstream from end to end
• Post merge integration: pass on all required knowledge and insights in order to boost successful execution of agreed terms and maximize the acquisition benefits
• Prepare Baord materials and presentations updates as required

Qualifications and Skills

• 3+ years of relevant experience in M&A area
• Degree in economics/finance/business
• Hands-on M&A experience including target evaluation, deal structuring, and post-merger integration
• Exceptional analytical skills and commercial acumen
• Advanced Excel, Powerpoint and experience using financial databases
• Strong influencing skills – able to challenge senior stakeholders while maintaining trust and collaboration
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are an asset
• Used to operate in a matrix environment
• String grasp of financial statements, accounting and basic tax
